I am a passionate person. I can't help it. What I do, I do with the might of my love for life, people, this world.

When I became a mother, my photos were all about our daily life, and I  came to appreciate the power of the beautiful ordinary.
 

Now, whenever I look through the lens, I'm striving to capture essence. True connection, personality, story. Because what is life, except a collection of beautiful, messy, perfectly imperfect moments?

I prefer photos like this one of me and my three beautiful kids, one month into my journey as a twin mom. It sums up our life and love, and this is what I want to remember.

When I'm not busy taking, editing or delivering photos you can find me in the woods, poking around in my vegetable garden, nose in a book or shuttling my kids around to one of their many activities.
